The ruling AIADMK on Friday alleged that a DMK MLA had ‘insulted’ Speaker P Dhanapal, and charged party Treasurer and Opposition Leader in Tamil Nadu Assembly MK Stalin with not acting against the legislator although he was also present in the scene.
